The Associate Art Director will work under the guidance of the Senior Art Director and in partnership with FIFA's Production and Design teams to manage the visual quality, direction, and art development of some of FIFA's essential visual features.

Your Responsibilities

We ask that you have visual direction skills that span multiple disciplines and can provide clarity to your art team, empowering them to deliver their best work. You will work with external concept art teams and will translate those concepts into clear, compelling in-game features. Day to day, it will involve collaboration with the Development team to understand the feature goals and player motivations as they relate to your work, and a close working partnership with your artists, technical artists, and Development Director partners to ensure the creative vision is delivered successfully to the game. You will be supported with high-level vision and mentorship from the Senior Art Director, with the opportunity to provide regular feedback on your experience and suggest changes or improvements. You will guide alignment with the Senior Art Director, and communicate decisions to your development partners. You will work with a variety of art capabilities including environments, characters, animation, lighting, and vfx.
