SUMMARY OF POSITION
Pixelberry Studios is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Producer to support the development of StoryLoom. This role will work closely with production leadership to coordinate, track, assist, and report on operational details, between stakeholders, legal, and development teams to accomplish the responsibilities listed below.
Our headquarters are in Mountain View, CA but we can accommodate a remote work environment for a candidate from the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, and Washington.
Currently, all Pixelberry staff work remotely with the option to work in-office, if desired.
This is a 6-month temporary role with potential extension or conversion to full-time based on project needs/individual's performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the managing project deliverables against allotted production parameters and deadlines
- Collaborate & coordinate with studio designers, artists, and gameplay engineers to execute Platform goals
- Work with Lead Producers & Stakeholders to identify project level of effort and upcoming deliverable dates
- Assist in tracking project & budget progress against schedule/scope requirements through project management systems (JIRA, etc)
- Facilitate client and cross-team communications across multiple mediums such as JIRA, Slack, Email, managing updates to critical docs, specs, and UI/UX designs
- Assist in managing test plans, A/B testing, and communicate critical performance metrics
- Formulate & iterate on process methods over time
REQUIREMENTS
- Entry level to 1 year experience in office roles coordinating tasks or similar experience in office management, is good but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google suite of applications: Docs, Sheets, Slides
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent industry experience is nice to have but not required

- Experience in (and love for) narrative or interactive fiction games
- Experience in (and love for) casual and/or female-focused mobile games
