Job Summary:
The Assistant PR Manager will work within the UK PR team, reporting to the Senior PR Manager, who is assigned to the UK Marketing team.
As a key member of the PR team, you will be able to lead on a select number of projects and across the wider portfolio, alongside the UK lead.
The successful candidate will be highly organised and motivated with exceptional communication skills and proven experience within PR, particularly in video games.

Key Deliverables:
Working with the Senior PR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and executing plans for a select number of upcoming campaigns and assisting the Snr PR Manager with the day-to-day management of the UK PR responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and execute UK PR communication tactics and approaches
- Ensure that all assets, press releases and other PR opportunities are fully maximised
- Manage the PR budget for the assigned products, in coordination with Senior PR Manager. Ensure that PO’s are raised, tracked in accordance with agreed budgets.
- Develop and nurture great working relationships with media, the wider strategy team and wider Territory PR stakeholders, to ensure a seamless and collaborative approach to the UK campaigns.
- Foster strong working relationships with the UK media landscape.
- Co-ordinate announcements, PR assets distribution to UK media.
- Align the UK PR campaigns and approaches with other cross functional teams, such as the Influencer Strategy team.
- Develop PR relationships with first parties (Sony/MS/Nintendo etc) and key partners, to enhance campaign KPIs
- Be the lead for all asset distribution from official press channels.
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required

Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent writing and creative skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing deadlines without compromising quality
- Previous Games Industry, either within agency or publisher side
Creative thinker with common sense and ability to take initiative, identify potential problems/issues and react/advise accordingly
Desirable:
- Degree or diploma in PR, Marketing, or a related field
- Interest and knowledge of video games

- Extremely well organised, excellent time management and ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently
- Results oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Ability to develop and manage strong relationships and collaborative skills
- Good written and spoken English
