- Directly manage a team of Analysts and Planners.
- Ensure that forecasts, capacity plans, and schedules are generated in a timely and precise fashion.
- Create best capacity plan for business by managing trade-offs between Customer Experience/Service Levels, Employee Experience, and Cost Effectiveness.
- Must have advanced level Microsoft Excel skills – Including advanced formulas, also Word and Email. VBA macros creation knowledge will be an asset.
- Develop, improve and optimize work assignment, prioritization logic to manage work from various regions with multiple constraints.
- Lead a workforce planning team.
Requirements
- Should have 6+ years of exp into WFM, scheduling, capacity planning, forecasting.
- Must have team handling exp.
- Maintain and analyses workforce performance, lead analysis and staffing change data for continuous quality and productivity improvement.
- Optimize scheduling and staffing and improve scheduling efficiency.
