Assistant Controller & FP&A Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Controller & FP&A Analyst to join Israeli Finance Team. This Assistant Controller & FP&A Analyst is responsible for: timely and accurate reporting of all financial reports with supporting schedules in accordance with US GAAP and company accounting policies.

Responsibilities:

• General accounting - GL maintenance, reconciliations, monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes
• Work closely with bookkeeper, providing support on accounting and tax related matters
• Preparation and review of financial statements and other reports as needed
• Budget preparation and monitoring
• Ongoing tracking of actual vs. budget analysis
• Rolling forecasts of the company and manage the long-term financial model
• Preparation of financial reports, materials for Management and Board of Directors, monthly financial analysis and ad hoc analysis reports
• Enforcement of company’s policies, procedures and SOX
• Ad-Hoc projects and improving processes

Qualifications:

• Internship in one of the big 4 – high tech division
• 1-3 years as Assistant controller, in the Hi-tech industry – advantage
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience using ERP and SAP systems
• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• Fluent English
• Strong writing and verbal communication abilities
• Team player

Education:

• B. A in Accounting from a leading academic institution
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
