Job Description
1. Handle full set of accounts, monitor accounts payable and oversee daily accounting operations
2. Revenue reconciliation
3. Review and process payments, expense claims and petty cash
4. Monitoring the inter-company recharges
5. Preparing schedules and bank reconciliation
6. Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
7. Assist in month-end closing and annual audit
8. Assist in other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Job Requirements
1. LCC Higher / Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder in Accounting
2. At least 3 years of accounting experience
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
4. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, and knowledge of Oracle NetSuite will be an advantage
5. A good team player, Self-motivated with a good sense of responsibility
6. Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks
7. Proactive, attention to detail, mature and good communication skills
8. Applicants with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Accountant
