Assets Production Team Manager

Job Description
The Assets Production Team Manager is responsible for managing all different teams in the Assets Production department(Promo, Affiliates, Promo Localization, VideoLocalization & editing).
- Monitors ongoing projects for all teams on a daily basis, and is responsible for top quality deliveries within deadline
- Conducts quality assurance on various assets, and provides technical feedbacks and guidance as needed.
- Intervenes in communication with clients when the situation demands it, or escalates the issues to the remote manager when needed
- Assigns and prioritizes all incoming requests within Promo Assets Design team (including remote designers if any) and occasionally designs promotional assets
- Provides both technical and leadership training and direction to all teams
- Supervises and coordinates the team Leads on all administrative concerns e.g. attendance monitoring, performance management, on-boarding of new hires, motivating the team etc
- Ensures all teams have documentation complete and up to date, compiles data and suggests improvements
- Creates and compiles reports regarding team productivity.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Global Factory Assets Manager
Qualifications
- +3 years experience
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Graphic Design / Art / Creative Multimedia
- Has significant Design experience
- Has significant Team Management/Coordination experience
- Has undergone and passed the Leadership Training Track
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Video software knowledge is a plus.
- Strong composition & layout skills, good artistic sense, attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, including planning and reporting
- Very good Communication Skills, communicates easily with colleagues and clients
- Able to set up, analyze and suggest improvements on internal processes
- Able to effectively train and pass on knowledge of reports to other team leads and members
- Ability to supervise a great number of projects and topics
- Performs greatly under pressure
