Dès le début de votre aventure avec nous, vous serez appelé(e) à :

• Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe de production et le chef d'équipe d'artistes
• Créer des décors, des environnements et des kits modulaires (organiques, mécaniques, architecturaux) de grande qualité pour les plateformes mobiles de nouvelle génération
• Utiliser des outils développés à l'interne et adapter vos méthodes de travail en conséquence, tout en relayant des suggestions, problèmes et commentaires aux personnes appropriées
• Suivre les directives artistiques, les prérogatives de design et les directives techniques définies
• Faire preuve de méticulosité et d'organisation dans la gestion du travail
• Prendre la responsabilité des tâches assignées et du suivi sur le projet
• Utiliser tous les canaux de communication disponibles pour transmettre les questions, commentaires et mises à jour de manière efficace aux collègues et chefs d'équipe appropriés

From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will be tasked with:

• Working in collaboration with the production team and the lead artist
• Creating high-quality scenery, environments and modular kits (organic, mechanical, architectural) for next-gen mobile platforms
• Using in-house tools and adapting your work methods accordingly, while relaying suggestions, issues, and comments to the relevant parties
• Following outlined artistic directives, design intent and technical limitations
• Exhibiting organization and attention to detail in your work
• Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and for overseeing the project
• Using all available communication channels to efficiently share questions, comments and updates with the relevant colleagues and team leads

Qualifications

Expérience et compétences recherchées :

• Détenir au minimum un diplôme d'études collégiales en art graphique ou équivalent
• Intérêt envers les jeux vidéo, plus spécifiquement les jeux d'action, d'aventure, RPG, etc.
• Maîtrise des workflows traditionnels de modélisation 3D (3ds Max ou Maya), pour la création d'assets optimisés pour les jeux mobile
• Maîtrise des outils de production additionnels suivants : ZBrush, Marmoset, Quixel SUITE, Substance Designer/Painter, Houdini
• Intérêt et expérience pour les workflows procéduraux et non destructifs, par exemple l'utilisation d'Houdini et Substance Designer
• Notions solides en éclairage, shading et techniques de baking
• Solides bases artistiques (compréhension de la couleur, composition et éclairage)
• Expérience en production d'environnements en temps réel et modulaires et maîtrise d'un ou plusieurs frameworks de production tels que Unity ou Unreal
• Être au courant des capacités techniques des plateformes mobiles de nouvelle génération
• Bonne culture visuelle dans différents domaines (architecture, design, cinéma, BD, jeux, etc.)
• Ouvert, motivé, curieux et autocritique
• Organisé, efficace et autonome

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least a diploma of college studies in graphic arts or equivalent
• Interest in video games; more specifically action games, adventure games, RPGs, etc.
• Mastery of traditional 3D modeling workflows (3ds Max or Maya) for the creation of assets optimized for mobile games
• Mastery of the following additional production tools: ZBrush, Marmoset, Quixel Suite, Substance Designer/Painter, Houdini
• Interest in, and experience with, procedural and non-destructive workflows, e.g. using Houdini and Substance Designer
• Strong knowledge of lighting, shading and baking techniques
• Strong artistic foundation (understanding of colour, composition and lighting)
• Experience with real-time modular production environments and mastery of one or more production frameworks, such as Unity or Unreal
• Up to date on technical capabilities of next-gen mobile platforms
• Strong knowledge of various visual domains (architecture, design, film, comics, games, etc.)
• Open, motivated, curious and self-critical
• Organized, efficient and independent
