Essential Duties:

• Work under the Art Director or Discipline Lead as a key member of the art team.
• Apply and demonstrate experience and talent in chosen field through examples within packages such as Maya, 3DS Max, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Designer, Substance Painter, Mudbox, Marvelous Designer
• Work closely with development teams to establish/maintain visual target in production
• Translate approved concept art into 3D elements of gameplay and environments
• Take geometry from rough to finished states
• Troubleshoot technical and artistic issues

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Entertainment Technology, Illustration, Animation or related field
• 1 year of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
• Maya and Photoshop
• Character design and creation
• Drawing industrial design and comic book background, painting and texturing
• Next-gen asset creation; game development process
• Art fundamentals, color and composition
• Game engine
• Working with special effects on a game
• Interfacing with Programmers regarding projects
