Art Team Leader

We’re looking for a highly skilled Art Team Leader to lead a full cycle of Art Creation in all aspects of our game along with a talented team of Artists and Animators.

Responsibilities

· Artistic & Visual direction for all new features, reskins and other game core assets

· Make sure implementation process is done properly

· Responsible for all art deliveries in terms of quality, timeframes & follow the brand’s tone

· Challenge & develop the team to maximize their professional skills

· In charge of team members personal development

· Encourage experimentation and innovation

· Transparent dialog with the PO’s / other departments

· Closely involved in hand-pick projects (including ‘hands on’ work)

· Explore new tools, technologies and work methods

· Collaborate with R&D to optimize Performance vs Quality

· Manage and monitor projects done by external suppliers

Requirements

· Experience in Art positions or Art direction

· 2+ years of experience leading Art teams larger than 3 people

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Ability to effectively organize the process in stressful situations

· Flexible mindset, business goals orientation

· Solid expertise with any task manager as Jira Asana etc.

· English – at least Upper- Intermediate (daily communication)

· Rich and diverse art portfolio
