We are looking for an experienced Art Reviewer to join our Art team in North America.
Role
As a member of the Pogo Art team, you will manage the creation and delivery of 2D Art assets provided by multiple external vendors. In this key role, you will report directly to the Studio Art Director and have a high level of interaction with Artists, Development Managers, Designers, and Outsourcing vendors across the globe. You are the Art outsourcing expert for the studio who communicates at a high level in both visual and written materials. The Art Reviewer focuses on ensuring Pogo’s assortment of products follow a standardized visual style and maintain a high quality.
Responsibilities
- Guide external partners, creating detailed written and illustrative reviews on daily art content deliveries.
- You will report to the Art Director to ensure consistency between the art direction and final 2d assets.
- You will maintain the production requirements to enforce both technical and aesthetical coherence.
- Finalize or produce assets both for production use and for visual target purposes.
- Create documentation and communicate project requirements to external partners.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of external development production in both art aesthetics and file delivery.
- Revise or fix "finished" assets.
- Meet quality expectations within desired schedules.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years digital art or graphic design experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Game Development, having worked on at least 1 shipped title or live-service.
- Sense of design and an ability to identify styles and trends.
- Solid knowledge base in art and design principles including composition hierarchy, balancing form and space and creating harmony with color and gradients.
- You will have experience creating documentation for art pipelines and workflow with external partners.
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Animate, After Effects and Illustrator.
- Experience communicating artistic guidance through critiques.
- Take art direction and partner with other team members.
- Solid organization and time allocation.
- Motivated and able to work with team leads in a deadline environment.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $95,450 - $141,800
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $89,200 - $141,800
• Jersey City, NJ:
º $105,250 - $141,800
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $89,200 - $118,550
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $89,200 - $130,750
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
