About the Role
As we expand Wildlife's Game Art Department, we are looking for someone passionate about art and the games industry, who also has great organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills. This person will join our Art Recruiting team on a journey to bring the best talent to the studio on our mission to make games that will impact a generation.
Who you are:
- Organized: You are very organized and know your way through spreadsheets and task tracking systems. You can handle multiple tasks at once, maintaining your coolness even in stressful situations. You think ahead, trying to foresee problems that might arise and acting on them before they happen.
- Friendly: You are a people driven person, building long term relationships and deeply caring for others. From candidates, to internal staff and external partners, you always give the people you interact with an amazing experience.
- Team Player: You'll interact on a daily basis with a lot of different people. From Recruiters, to Hiring Managers, interviewers and developers from other departments of the organization, you must know your way around people with different personalities, schedules and availability. People can also really rely on you for your professionalism, trustworthiness, discretion and efficiency.
- Passionate: You love the arts and the games industry. You've experimented with one or more mediums, from drawing to modeling and maybe all the way to game creation in an engine. This is the foundation of knowing how to communicate genuinely with artists from various backgrounds, experiences, and specialities.
What you'll do:
- Logistics: You will handle all the logistics for candidates, from setting up interviews, sending interview kits, confirming schedules with candidates and managers. For onsite interviews, you will handle flights, hotels, restaurant reservations and reimbursements when needed.
- Candidate Experience : Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to think through the candidate's journey and make sure that everything goes perfect during their stay.
- Events : Partner with Recruiters to handle event logistics including sponsorship payments, booth setups, internal alignment with Branding, Events, IT and Facilities when needed ensuring that everything goes smooth during the event.
- Tracking and Measuring : You'll be the gatekeeper for our recruitment platform ensuring that all information and action items are current with correct stages, tags, action items and pipeline reporting.
- Onboarding : You'll partner up with HR to ensure that the candidate onboarding goes smoothly, from the acceptance of the offer to their first week with Wildlife.
What you'll need:
- Experience with art production or passionate for arts in the entertainment industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- An online resume and cover letter.
Pluses:
- You have experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator.
- You have experience working in games; especially mobile titles.
