Job description
Within the Production/Project Management department of our studio and for the graphic design/artistic division, reporting to the Production Director, you will assist the technical managers and the Artistic Directors/Managers/Leads in planning and tracking the various internal projects developed. You will thus join a high-added-value team of expert and talented colleagues.
Your role:
- You will be the link between the graphic design department and the company’s other services/teams;
- You will assist the technical managers and Artistic Directors/Managers/Leads in managing current and future graphic assets, in planning the work of their staff and/or external teams, taking specified deadlines into account;
- You will provide project progress updates and reports to the Production Director, regarding quality and timing for the studio’s graphic design activity;
- You will ensure that deadlines for the various deliveries and milestones are met;
- You will be proactive in respect of resources and inputs to be provided, in order to optimize all the conditions for accomplishing your tasks;
- You will analyze potential drifts from initial development schedules and flag them in regular reports;
- You will provide detailed mapping and permanent collating of all information relative to the graphic assets of the project (in particular the project development progress by the different teams, questions and obstacles etc.).

Required skills
- You will be a graduate with 5 years post-secondary school education, specialized in project management
- You will have had successful initial experience in a similar position, or in animation cinema or post-production
- You are proficient in project management techniques
- You are experienced in the use of project and bug tracking software
- A meticulous and methodical self-starter with team spirit are the qualities ensuring you a good fit in our friendly organization.
- You have the interpersonal skills to develop and maintain constructive relationships with your contacts.
- Analytical and summarizing skills
- You take the initiative and are proactive.
