We are looking for an Art Producer to join our amazing team. This individual will be responsible for game art production across a variety of projects and game platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an artist or a producer seeking a new challenge.

Responsibilities

Work alongside the production department to coordinate the activities of the art department. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage time and task tracking for all TG artists
  • Organize and manage art department meetings
  • Organize art department reviews
  • Understand art department pipelines, and propose new and/or improved procedures
  • Coordinate art outsourcing:
    • Establish documentation and procedures to ensure outsourcers work efficiently
    • Organize content reviews.
    • Submit feedback provided by the art leads.
  • Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure efficient asset delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of game production experience.
  • Understanding of art pipelines and the terminology used in game development.
  • Experience working with Jira, Google docs, and Microsoft Office.
  • Great oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-managing (with the capacity to work individually at a remote location, if applying from outside Bogota)
  • Play and enjoy a variety of video games.
