GSN Games, the leading developer in mobile and social games, is seeking a creative and talented Marketing Art Lead to join our casual games studio based in Palo Alto, San Francisco and Boston.

This studio is the home of Solitaire Tripeaks by GSN, the #1 revenue solitaire game on mobile that has quickly grown into one of the top grossing games on both iOS and Android.
What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of the Puzzle Studio’s marketing group, your goal (and success) will be to guide execution of advertising creative for our market-leading games. In this role you will work closely with stakeholders in the User Acquisition and Marketing Creative teams to produce strong ad creatives that work to create highly effective graphic advertisements and videos to drive results.
Our ideal candidate has intensive, hands-on experience with high integrity and the critical thinking and strategic skills to “solve for healthy” and develop/maintain systems that help our organization grow.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience designing, editing, and iterating advertising creatives
- 1+ years of experience managing or leading cross-functional creative teams.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates ability to create high quality videos
- Positive manager and team player with clear communication skills and the ability to cultivate solid relationships with team members across the company.
- Highly organised; able to estimate project effort levels, handle scheduling
- commitments, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the entire Adobe CC suite
- In-depth understanding of composition and color theory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and awareness of current design trends
Bonus Points!
- Experience with advertising creative or mobile game UA
- Ability to program and develop playable ads (using HTML, HTML5, Javascript, Phaser)
- Knowledge of 3D packages, Unity, scripting
