About the Team
The Brand & Comms Team at Wildlife is developing itself from scratch, gathering diverse professionals with great and unique backgrounds. We know that the work we do has a high impact on our company's success, so we want to build a brand up to the size of our games, creating a team where everyone feels responsible for the company's growth. About the Role
Our Brand & Comms team is looking for someone with the tenacity to help us develop and grow our communication initiatives. The right person will be comfortable in a "take initiative" environment, loves solving problems and can thrive in a fast and growing environment. This role is all about understanding our personas, brand identity and reflecting them into visual campaign assets that engages employees and attracts the best professionals on the market, positioning Wildlife beautifully as a global tech company. You'll work with a high-skilled brand content team, agencies and brand designers to achieve the goals we seek to overcome.

What you'll do
- You'll be tasked with the creation of the communication assets that our team define as necessary to engage the target personas
- You will also develop assets to feed each department needs as long as the whole company in the best and uniform way.
- Work with each internal & external personas, discovering needs, co-creating solutions and being responsible for keeping high-level quality until it gets done. Then measuring the results and seeking ceaselessly for evolution.
- You will create new ways to deliver and apply visually our company values and positioning in external or internal communication.
- You will work directly with marketing professionals and brand designers applying the brand visual universe the best way possible in each campaign.
- You will develop relationships across multiple teams.

What you'll need
- 5 or more years of art direction (hands-on)
- Experience in art direction for social channels is a differential
- Great knowledge in composition, color theory and typography
- Be able to design physical and digital assets
- To be technically savvy (a must)
