Art Director (The Agency)

Wargaming is looking for an experienced, energetic and proactive Art Director to join our in-house Agency Team.

The in-house Agency is made up of over 150 creative talents who focus on producing marketing content for Wargaming products. We deliver a wide variety of projects each month (digital events, CG and gameplay videos, artwork and advertising campaigns, brand identity assets and visual graphics) for both our internal and external clients.

As a member of our Craft department, you’ll be a driver for creative output across a range of projects with a focus on graphic and digital design.

It’s not simply a role, but an attitude. You will lead our design teams working on the projects. You may find yourself in the trenches, but you’ll also need to keep your eyes on the overall goal and consistency. It’s vital that you have a brain for design and the ability to find striking, aesthetic, memorable and innovative solutions that truly rock!

What will you do?

• Participate in the conceptualization and production of significant and important projects for internal and external clients
• Deliver creative concepts and participate in art direction and production of them
• Communicate and collaborate with the team, colleagues from other departments and clients
• Push ongoing learning to develop the expertise and skills within your team
• Have a hand in growing the design team

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years in art direction with a strong background in graphic and digital design for complex multidisciplinary projects (we consider applications ONLY with portfolio)

• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
• Proficiency in presenting the concepts made by you/your team
• Experience in collaboration with all levels of designers, producers, copywriters, etc. We expect you to be a true leader who creates team atmosphere with all these good vibes
• Conceptual thinking. We want to be in love with your work!
• Great communication skills. You can clearly and concisely explain your ideas to the team and client
• Intermediate+/Upper-intermediate level of English (you feel comfortable and confident in communication with English-speaking colleagues, clients, etc.)
