Art Development Manager

We are currently looking for an Art Development Manager to join our growing team. You will work under the responsibility of the Creative Director and you will be responsible for the management of a multidisciplinary Content team supporting the Unity Asset store. You will be supporting the Content Creators and Development team in the creation of high-quality art content while meeting time constraints.
This is a temporary 12 month contract.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple development teams to develop and plan work schedules based on project goals
- Monitor progress of work, liaise with internal and external groups and provide project status reports and feedback to your teams
- Remove roadblocks so that the teams can perform at their optimum and be accountable for their overall deadline
- Work with other colleagues to define and scope the content required from outsourced vendor
- Setup and define the pipeline as well as delivery schedule for outsourcing and ensure vendor deliver on time and on budge
- Setup and oversee a Quality Check process that controls and ensures deliverables are being met by our Vendor
- Maintain proper reporting and tracking by regularly sharing updates to the Creative Director and communicate with all parties involved
Requirements
- Experience in Project Management or Project Coordination in games development or production industry
- Experience (and love) for building and maintaining team performance
- Previous experience managing a SCRUM process
- Demonstrated experience in working with broad cross-functional teams
- Experience managing a data team (ie: Mission or Art) would be desirable
Bonus Points
- Excellent usage of MS Office
- Willingness to program simple production tools to extract data in Excel or equivalent would be a plus
- A data-driven decision making approach
- Good Knowledge and passion for production tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.)
