Location: This position is fully remote but limited to applicants residing in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Art Asset Coordinator/Producer to oversee and facilitate the movement of art assets between internal U.S. teams and external teams in Europe and China. This role requires a skilled individual with strong project management expertise to coordinate the transfer of assets, manage feedback loops, and ensure seamless reintegration of finalized assets back into our U.S. team for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Coordination: Manage the end-to-end movement of art assets between U.S. internal teams and external teams in Europe and China, ensuring clear tracking and timely delivery across all stages.
- Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, including U.S.-based and overseas producers, to maintain alignment, provide updates, and address any cross-regional challenges.
- Ticketing & Tracking: Utilize Jira and other ticketing systems to track asset progress, manage tickets effectively, and oversee large volumes of assets across regions.
- Process Oversight: Develop and refine workflows to streamline the transfer of assets, optimize communication channels, and ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of asset transfers, status updates, and any issues encountered, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a coordinator or producer in a game development environment, with a focus on asset management and global team coordination.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Jira and other ticketing methods, with a solid understanding of video game art production pipelines.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage interactions across various time zones and cultures.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organization, capable of overseeing large volumes of assets and complex workflows.
- Preferred: Experience working with contractors and teams in both Europe and China.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $65,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
