Job Description
As part of the EMEA headquarters (Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific), you will join the Community Engagement team in charge of both the coordination of amplification of community content across all our channels and the different Advocacy Programs (Star Players, Mentors Guild and Siege Champions). You will report to the Associate Director, Community Engagement, EMEA.
You will have a transversal role of support to the team including the following missions:
1. TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS
- Ensure the operational follow-up of strategic projects within the Community Engagement team.
- Monitor and improve our current tracking and event tools. Help create our data dashboards in collaboration with the Community Engagement Managers.
- Support the team in the organization of the community activities around major events such as Ubisoft Forward.
- Manage our internal sharepoint’s content ensuring its relevancy for all our internal audiences (production, marketing, communication, etc.)
2. ADVOCACY PROJECTS
- Project management: global coordination and follow-up of activities at a global and local level.
- Content production: coordination with internal and external teams to produce varying types of content for the program, such as live events, digital assets, goodies, etc.
- Help with the implementation of the internal communication plan: ensure internal visibility of the project via local team follow ups and reports on the activities of the members for top management.
- Project management: global coordination and follow-up of activities at a global and local level.
- Content production: coordination with internal and external teams to produce varying types of content for the program, such as live events, digital assets, goodies, etc.
- Help with the implementation of the internal communication plan: ensure internal visibility of the project via local team follow ups and reports on the activities of the members for top management and other internal partners.
Qualifications
- Being a student and fully fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Rigorous and organized, you have first-in-class project management skills;
- You enjoy teamwork and feel comfortable in coordination roles;
- Creative, curious and autonomous, you have a good culture of the world of video games and a real interest in this market;
- A first experience in a Community role is a plus.
12-month apprenticeship position starting in September 2021.
