Job Description
Within the Global Publishing headquarters, you will join the Communication & Events team. Thanks to the numerous creative projects you will follow during your internship, you will be able to work in the graphic fields of events, strategy, and employer branding with international populations!
You will assist a dynamic team of 7 people in their visual needs and the creation of their communication tools.
More precisely, your missions will be mainly articulated around the following axes
Graphic production of communication tools for major Ubisoft Publishing events:
- Strategic annual events: production of graphic charts, logos, email templates, "save the date" visuals, computer graphics, graphic elements for video inserts, etc.
- Internal Game Release events: graphic design of the games, emailers, displays, graphic screens, etc.
- B2B events: creation and/or adaptation of the graphic charter, visuals in LinkedIn format, templates for website, video inserts, etc.
Conference design :
- Creation and layout of strategic presentations for top management in line with the speech
- Creation of infographic elements to synthesize complex concept
Development of the employer brand :
- Graphic production of media for internal Communication: newsletters, dynamic screens, Instagram stories, etc.
- Graphic production for HR & Employer Brand projects: feeding social networks (TikTok, Instagram) to promote the Ubisoft brand, creation of visuals and support for our sponsorship program Play for Good, etc.
- Actively monitor artistic trends (tools, formats, graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, music, videos, etc.), and share them within the team
Qualifications
- Being a student in graphic design school, you would like to live the "Ubi Trainee" experience in a creative and dynamic industry;
- You have a first experience as a graphic designer, in an agency or in a company;
- You are organized, rigorous and able to manage several files simultaneously;
- You have real interpersonal skills and a great sense of service;
- You know how to show initiative and creativity;
- You are curious by nature and will be able to bring new ideas to our team,
- You have a good level of English (written and oral)
- You master the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) - having notions on AfterEffects and/or Premiere is a plus.
