As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be an important driver in helping our marketing, product and engineering teams grow the future of Roblox. You'll partner with marketers, data scientists, product managers, engineers and leaders across the company to grow Roblox's user base, re-engage users, and drive successful campaigns.
This role is remote-optional.
You Are:
- Experienced in User Acquisition with 5+ years of experience directly managing campaigns, optimizing and reporting. You have experience building successful high-growth campaigns that shape our growth trajectory.
- Can clearly articulate complex technical information to leadership and also drive relationships with product/engineering/marketing teams.
- Strong Collaboration skills with cross functional teams. Ability to inspire and get buy-in to influence product roadmap.
- Extremely quantitative mindset. Data-driven results are at the forefront of all decisions.
- Experience with SQL encouraged. Ability to partner closely with Data Science to set up robust experiments.
- Experience with ASO optimization and app store rankings. You have experience driving a test roadmap with different variables to prove impact in the conversion funnel.
- Advanced knowledge of third-party tools such as Data.io (App Annie), Storemaven, Google Play Store Experiments and iOS Product Page Optimization.
- Experienced with hands-on management of paid ad campaigns. Familiarity with search, programmatic and paid social channels.
- Familiarity with Apple Search Ads. Understanding cohesiveness between paid/organic search and how to maximize net impact.
- Strong understanding of creative trends and ability to drive creating testing framework with design team to maximize investments.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics or related discipline.
You Will:
- Own the App Store Optimization strategy for new user acquisition.
- Partner with the Product, Data Science, Localization teams to build out an international growth strategy to expand Roblox globally.
- Explore and test new paid channels/partners to diversify media allocation and lead incremental users.
- Identify new business opportunities to continue to increase growth and revenue for the Roblox platform.
- Develop, launch and analyze tests through Google Play Store Experiments and iOS Product Page Optimization.
- Own the user funnel from App store visit all the way through user activation.
- Establish KPIs based on experiment growth trajectory that will help bring new users to Roblox across key markets.
- Research and lead keyword optimization to ensure top ranking across the mobile gaming landscape.
- Partner with the brand marketing organization to infuse all branding through all touchpoints of the user funnel.
- Partner with the Business Development team to create a strategy and measurement plan for new feature launches, promotions, concerts and events.
- Integrate testing roadmap with the Growth Marketing team to share insights.
