Job Description:
- Develop an understanding in Naughty Dog gameplay systems which includes but not limited to player and non-playable character animations
- Work with the design team to prototype new useful features using Naughty Dog scripting language
- Utilize the engine debug tools to solve gameplay problems and work with designers and programmers to find a solution
- Create high quality animation content in Maya and implement them correctly in Naughty Dog engine
- Work with design and engineering to create new systems and solutions
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related, or foreign equivalent*
- Two (2) years of experience in job offered, or as an Animation Artist/Senior Animator, or related
- Require technical skills/experience in the following areas:
- Knowledge of Maya: Trax Editor, Mocap Tools
- Experience with animation system: Morpheme
- Experience in realistic settings
- Knowledge of scripting through Python
* A foreign degree adjudged as a similar US degree by an authorized US credential evaluator.
