Analytics Engineer, Global Growth Marketing Analytics

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain analytics friendly datasets that will be consumed by technical and non-technical stakeholder

• Contribute towards efforts to build and maintain data catalog/documentation to facilitate data discovery, track data lineage, etc..

• Participate in design meetings to capture data requirements and scope solutions

• Apply software engineering best practices to analytics processes, automation, and establish best practices for data modeling

• Serve as subject matter expert for marketing datasets

• Develop tools and standard methodologies to ensure high data quality and availability

• Build early warning systems to detect and resolve data failures quickly

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience as a data engineer, analyst or scientist

• Advanced SQL skills with with data warehouses (BigQuery)

• Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT (dbt, airflow, dataform)

• Experience applying software engineering principles (testing, version control, code reviews, CI/CD, etc.) to scale analytical development

• You are comfortable stepping through ETL code, processes and tracing data flows through DAGs

• Strong communication with technical and non technical audiences

• Familiarity with scientific programming language is a bonus
