ANALYSTE FINANCIER
RELÈVE DE : DIRECTEUR DES FINANCES
RESPONSABILITÉS :
- Supporter l’entièreté de la fonction finance de projet au sein des équipes de jeu ;
- Responsable du P&L de chaque projet attribué (coûts, revenus...) ;
- Faire le suivi de l’évolution des projets avec les producteurs et l’ajustement des prévisions en conséquence ;
- Intégrer les équipes de jeu pour comprendre, challenger et prendre les décisions nécessaires afin d’assurer la rentabilité des projets ;
- Mettre à jour les différents rapports de suivi de projet ;
- Valider l’exactitude des coûts enregistrés dans les projets ;
- Comprendre et expliquer les variances ;
- Préparer des rapports et des analyses ad hoc ;
- Créer des relations avec les partenaires internes et externes du studio afin de collecter l’information pertinente et faciliter la communication entre les différents services ;
- Fort de l’expérience acquise, agir à titre de conseil auprès des responsables exécutifs du studio ;
- Identifier et partager les perspectives de développement du studio ;
- Fortifier le lien entre les équipes techniques et opérationnelles.
EXPÉRIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Baccalauréat ou Maîtrise en Finance/Comptabilité ;
- 3+ années d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire ;
- Expérience avec la haute direction ;
- Expérience en comptabilité projet ainsi qu'en processus budgétaire et prévisionnel ;
- Expérience en création de rapports claires et fonctionnels ;
- Maîtrise approfondie d’Excel ;
- Bonnes connaissances de PowerPoint ;
- Bilinguisme français-anglais ;
- Goût prononcé pour l’apprentissage de nouveaux outils.

FINANCIAL ANALYST
REPORTS TO: FINANCE DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the entire finance project function within the game teams;
- Responsible for the P&L of all the dedicated projects (costs, revenues...);
- Monitor the progress of the projects with producers and adjust the forecasts accordingly;
- Integrate the game teams to understand, challenge and make the necessary decisions to ensure profitability of projects;
- Update the various reports monitoring the projects;
- Validate the accuracy of the costs recorded in the projects;
- Understand and explain the variances;
- Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports;
- Create relationships with the studio’s internal and external partners in order to collect relevant information and facilitate communication between the different departments;
- Drawing on the acquired experience, act as an advisor to the studio’s executive managers;
- Identify and share the studio’s development perspectives;
- Strengthen the link between technical and operational teams.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting;
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Experience with Executive Management;
- Experience in project accounting and budget/forecast process;
- Experience in creating clear and functional reports;
- In-depth knowledge of Excel;
- Good knowledges of PowerPoint;
- Bilingualism French-English;
- Strong desire to learn new tools.
