Your Mission
As a part of the newly formed “Center of Expertise” Employee Relations team, you will serve as a key driver in facilitating the transformation of our ER work through your work in providing critical data and analysis to identify employee relations trends and issues to be addressed. You will be responsible for the developing metrics and presentations for a variety of audiences across HR and Senior Management.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Develop, modify and maintain tracking tools and reports (including administration and maintenance of ER’s Case Management system) which identifies employee relations trends and issues to be addressed
- Provide analytical support to the ER team, provide first level analysis of HR and ER data for review by VP of ER and develop metrics and presentations for a variety of audiences including HR Business Partners and senior management
- Capture and analyze ER data on monthly, quarterly, or ad hoc basis
- Perform data quality assurance procedures
- Assist with the development, simplification and optimisation of Employee Relations processes and templates
- Perform Employee Relations case file quality assurance procedures
Player Profile
- > 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or operations role
- Analytical skills- able to decipher reporting trends and understand/explain data results
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Superior excel and powerpoint skills and demonstrated ability to accurately present data in a clear and engaging format
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, across multiple time zones
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information
- Prior experience with HR/Employee Relations Case Management (e.g. ServiceNow or Navex)

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
