Agile Master/Project Manager (New game product)

Wargaming is on the lookout for an experienced Agile Master to join the MS-1 team.

The successful candidate will make sure the teams understand and follow agile principles and values and help them remove impediments to achieve business goals thus contributing to the product’s overall success.

MS-1 is the Wargaming development studio that creates outstanding games for mobile and portable platforms. The team’s portfolio includes World of Tanks Blitz, the award-winning cross-platform shooter with over 120 million downloads from all over the world. At the moment, the MS-1 team is focused on creating new products using the Unreal Engine.

The studio team includes 250 professionals who have an in-depth knowledge of player expectations. Spread across the offices in Minsk, Vilnius, Moscow, and Berlin, we have industry experts from all over the world – from Singapore and Kazakhstan to the USA and Canada. Each one of them is a uniquely experienced professional that provides the team with in-depth knowledge of regional specifics of the gaming market.

What will you do?

• Help the teams improve efficiency on their way of constantly making the game better
• Motivate and coach the teams to embrace and follow agile principles and approaches
• Assist Product Owner in prioritizing, planning, and managing risks
• Continuously optimize workflows and methods
• Ensure transparency of the team’s work as well as arrange and facilitate ceremonies and workshops for the teams
• Develop team efficiency metrics in line with the requirements of the dev studio
• Ensure smooth collaboration between the teams and external departments and units of the company
• Cultivate a culture of mutual respect and continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

• 3+year experience in managing teams consisting of both technical and other specialists
• 1+ year of relevant knowledge and experience in agile context
• Good master of coaching and employees motivation skills
• Knowledge of English is required; Russian is beneficial
