ROLE OVERVIEW:

Green Man Gaming is seeking a talented marketing manager to help develop our global Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategies.

An adaptable and motivated individual with a strong grounding in Affiliate or Influencer marketing, you will work with the SVP of Performance Marketing to develop, execute and scale best-in-market global Affiliate and Influencer programmes.

Responsible for driving increased revenue and sales via these commercially important channels, we're looking for someone with a keen commercial sense and a confident approach; comfortable liaising and negotiating with third parties, reviewing and interpreting performance data, and proposing new channel strategies and initiatives. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business and be responsible for the day-to-day management of our external agency partner.

As an instrumental part of the wider Performance Marketing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring potential customers around the world know about Green Man Gaming via our Affiliate and Influencer partners. With direct responsibility for such key revenue driving marketing channels, you will have the ability to put your mark on their future strategy and growth.

Requirements

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Overall responsibility for the global Affiliate and Influencer programmes, from helping to devise the strategy all the way through to reporting, optimisation and recruitment.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with our Affiliate agency, ensuring they are briefed on commercial activity and are executing their duties according to the channel strategy.
• In collaboration with our Affiliate agency, develop, plan and execute strategies for engaging and building relationships with both new and existing Affiliates.
• Lead the development and execution of tactics to engage and leverage Influencers across digital platforms in order turn them into brand advocates for Green Man Gaming.
• Ensure Affiliate and Influencer partners are kept engaged and updated with regular communications regarding commercial information (store promotions, new release offers etc.) as well as channel specific opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Trading team on commercial opportunities for channel specific campaigns, with responsibility for execution and post-campaign reporting.
• Work with our in-house Territory Managers to help advise and assist on localised Affiliate and Influencer campaigns.
• Continuously seek out new potential partnership opportunities with non-standard Affiliate and Influencer partners (e.g. Retailers, Brands etc.) and explore new models of customer acquisition (e.g. CPL, Rev-Share etc.)
• Support the SVP of Performance Marketing with channel-specific campaign planning, reporting and budget management.

YOU HAVE:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in an Affiliate, Influencer or similar marketing role.
• Demonstrable understanding of the fundamentals of Affiliate marketing, including key metrics, partnership types and publishers.
• Good working knowledge of YouTube, Facebook Gaming and Twitch, with knowledge of Discord a plus.
• Highly organized with great time management skills and the ability to work independently and to deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish rapport from scratch.
• Great attention to detail with impeccable written and verbal communication.
• Relevant qualifications including related bachelor's degree or marketing specialist certifications.
• (Desirable) Prior experience of international Affiliate or Influencer marketing.
• (Desirable) Experience in the gaming industry or a personal passion for games.
