역할 소개

Twitch의 대한민국 광고 영업 담당자는 현재 성장 중인 글로벌 영업팀의 중요한 일원으로서 광고주와 미디어 구매 대행사에게 탁월한 광고 솔루션을 제공하며, 싱가포르에 체류하는 지역 광고 영업 부사장 직속으로 근무하게 됩니다.

광고 영업 담당자는 Twitch와 Twitch의 현지 외주 광고 판매사의 관계를 지원하고, 다른 시장/지역의 Twitch 글로벌 영업팀과 협업하여 지역에서 글로벌 캠페인을 진행합니다.

또한 대한민국에 소재해 있는 글로벌 고객 및 게임 개발자/퍼블리셔에게서 해외 광고를 수주할 기회를 확대하는 역할도 담당합니다.

이 역할은 스타트업 문화에서 탁월한 성과를 발휘하며, 비즈니스와 팀을 위한 새로운 가치 창출 방안을 모색하는 사람에게 적합합니다.

업무 내용

• 높은 수준의 통합적인 지식을 바탕으로 Twitch를 대변하고, 고객과 대행사의 리소스 역할
• Twitch 외주 광고 판매사와의 관계를 돈독하게 유지
• Twitch와 현지 외주 광고 판매사의 관계 관리
• 비즈니스 전반의 파트너와 긴밀하게 협업하여 영업 전략을 실현하고 상품 출시
• 창의적이고 전략적인 영업을 통해 지역별 광고 수익을 창출하고 초과 목표를 달성
• 업계 행사에서 Twitch를 대변

자격 요건

• 디지털 미디어를 관리하는 영업팀에서 10년 이상의 경력
• 외주 광고 판매사를 관리한 경험
• 대한민국 디지털 미디어 시장에 대한 충분한 이해와 동영상 광고 관련한 경험
• 미디어 대행사 및 고객과 긴밀한 관계를 구축
• 프로그래매틱 광고 관련한 경험
• 대행사/고객/행사 자리에서 많은 청중을 대상으로 프레젠테이션을 진행한 경험
• 최소한의 감독 하에서 직접 업무를 진행할 수 있는 능력
• 4년제 대학 학위

About the Role

The Twitch Advertising Sales Director South Korea will be a crucial member of a growing global sales team that provides outstanding advertising solutions to advertisers and their media buying agencies. You will report into the regional VP ad sales based in Singapore.

You will be responsible for supporting the relationship between Twitch and our local rep firm and working with Twitch global sales teams across other markets/regions when implementing global campaigns at a local level.

You will also grow the opportunity for outbound advertising from global clients based in South Korea and game developers/publishers

You will excel in a startup culture and look for new ways to create value for the business and team.

You Will:

• Represent Twitch with a high level of integrity and knowledge and be a resource for your clients and agencies
• Develop the relationship with Twitch rep firm
• Manage the relationships with our local rep firm
• Work closely with partners across the business to implement sales strategies and products
• Build territory ad revenue and exceeding goals through creative and strategic selling
• Represent Twitch at industry events

You Have:

• 10+ years in digital media managing sales teams
• Experience managing rep firms
• An understanding of the digital media market across South Korea with experience of video
• Strong and senior relationships across media agencies and clients
• Experience with programmatic advertising
• Experience presenting to large groups at agencies/clients/events
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• University degree
