THE POSITION

Miniclip is looking for a n Advertising Partnership Manager to join the Advertising team in our London (UK) Office . This is a full-time position .

Miniclip’s advertising monetisation team is responsible for a significant share of the Miniclip group revenue. Specialists within this team operate as internal evangelists and support product teams across all studios with either existing or new ad monetisation game features.

We’re looking to add additional expertise to our high-performing team and need someone to help manage our wide range of mobile ad monetisation partner relationships.

YOUR PROFILE

It’s quite likely that you’re currently working for one of the big mobile-first ad networks: Google, Facebook, Vungle, etc. You’ve learned a lot of tricks and know how it all works over there. And at the same time, you’ve got a burning desire to see what life could be like at a mobile game developer/publisher. You love managing relationships, you love presenting, but you also get a kick out of problem-solving and impacting the bottom-line.

DUTIES

You will be:

  • Cultivating and developing high-level relationships with our advertising monetisation partners. Acting as the single-point-of-contact for our mobile ad partners, thus ensuring that our internal needs are being met at all times.
  • Helping shape our partners’ product, strategic and relationship roadmaps managing Quarterly Business Reviews across all partners, and identifying what key actions can be taken as a result.
  • Supporting the team’s advertising monetisation specialists in the communication with partners, discussing product performance, issues and potential opportunities on an ongoing basis. You will be the single point of contact for our ad network partners.
  • Serving as an industry expert in mobile advertising; attending industry events and conferences to network and grow industry knowledge.
  • Staying on top of industry trends including Ad products, technologies and best practices – consistently helping steer innovation for Miniclip’s advertising monetisation team - particularly around bidding.
  • Working closely with our Ad Tech team, identifying potential new partners to work with and supporting the team during integration.
  • Identify business opportunities such as new ad partners, integration fee deals, fixed CPM, bonus & exclusivity deals across Miniclip’s portfolio, enjoying the support of Miniclip’s charming legal team throughout the whole process.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of mobile ad monetisation experience at a mobile advertising network, ideally in business development or strategic/operational account management
  • Strong mobile games ad product knowledge, with a detailed understanding of game design for all of the typically used ad formats.
  • Strong knowledge of, and established relationships, within the mobile advertising industry.
  • Proven ability of multitasking and managing multiple - conflicting - stakeholders (and a bit of budgeting would be useful too) ... and to be able to challenge people’s views and opinions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate reasonably complex technical features in simple terms.
  • Proven success in structuring and closing highly complex six or seven figure advertising deals.
  • Driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Additional languages in Hebrew, Turkish or Mandarin are advantageous but not essential
