Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks an Advertising Operations Manager in San Mateo, CA to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client goals and raise awareness around campaign performance and recommendations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience optimizing and driving revenue growth and retention of advertising clients. Prior experience must include three (3) years of managing ad campaigns, including setup and trafficking, Q&A and troubleshooting, monitoring performance and delivery, reporting and analytics, optimization, billing and budgeting, and strategic account planning; performing Quantitative Analysis using Ad serving technology including Freewheel, Reporting technology including Datorama, CRM including Salesforce and Wrike, and internally built platforms for deep linking in campaign set-up and activation to eliminate errors and minimize negative impact of technical issues on business goals; performing quarterly business reviews with clients to review technical issues including campaign performance overall, conversion rates, click through rates, cost per acquisition, technical errors in product id’s and campaign activation support opportunities; executing insights analysis using complex datasets to track performance trends, and identify anomalies and root causes; investigating, developing, and launching new initiatives to drive revenue to the overall business; maintaining accounts, assisting with the development and the acquisition of new accounts. At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$95,600 — $143,400 USD
