A Day in the Life:
As a New Business Development professional on the Array Advertiser Partnerships team at AppLovin, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our advertiser partnerships. You will proactively build relationships with leading mobile app developers and marketers, onboarding them onto the AppLovin platform and helping them successfully scale global campaigns.
The Impact You’ll Make:
- Identify prospects, generate sales leads, and close new business via emails, calls, meetings, etc.
- Analyze client performance data to better consult and recommend solutions to maximize the growth opportunity with AppLovin
- Educate potential clients on the capabilities of AppLovin’s Array platform
- Focus on client success and devise tactics and strategies to maintain close relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AppLovin’s global success
Who You Are:
- 4-8 years in Sales/Business Development/Account Management role in mobile advertising.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Proactive problem solving capabilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Self starter who thrives in ambiguity.
- A dynamic problem solver with a strong EQ.

- Ability to successfully drive revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
- Ability to structure and manage complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery
- Must be detail oriented and have strong work ethic
- Flexible team-player who will thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
- Proven interest in technology. Whether you’re an early adopter of gadgets, or an Excel whiz, or took a computer science class in school and loved it
- Experience working at or founding a startup is a plus. We’re always looking for people who were key contributors in a fast pace environment, even if the company failed!
AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this [CA based or North America based] position is $105,000 - $164,000. Base compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.
