Summary:
Netspeak Games is a growing mobile games development studio in need of administrative support to assist the Executive Team, PA and wider studio.
This role is open to flexible working, although office attendance will be required for part of the week depending on the studio’s needs. Candidates must have experience of administrative work, be detail oriented and have excellent IT skills.
Responsibilities:
Purchasing of technology, equipment and gifts for staff
Support the management of a smooth onboarding process for new starters, working closely with the rest of the Operations Team
Help support studio initiatives such as Monthly Learning Space, Game Together, feedback initiatives, staff welfare, outreach, and studio culture, making sure we’re working to our core pillars of Collaboration, Inclusion and Diversity
Management of physical office space - this is a commercially managed space but work will be needed on liaising with the management company, facilitating passes, risk assessments, making sure that there is adequate equipment etc
Manage movement of equipment, collecting items from leaving staff, booking couriers, taking items to Post Office
Manage travel arrangements for the team including arranging and booking door-to-door travel and accommodation
Assist the team with external suppliers and providers, including office space, and external enquiries to the studio
Support the studio’s general administrative and organisational needs

Experience:
Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with stakeholders of all levels from both within and outside the organisation
Must be organised, diligent and thorough
Must have the ability to work with little supervision and be an active decision maker
Must be able to be flexible with the work required and to the different needs of the Leadership team
Salary is expected to be between £26,000 & £32,000 per annum d.o.e. Remote work is welcome but applicants must be London based for this role and may be required to work in the office when needed.
