Administrative Senior Specialist - Global Marketing, Entertainment Marketing

As Executive Assistant, you will support and report to Riot Games’ VP/Head of Global Entertainment Marketing in delivering on the entertainment priorities essential for Riot to create outstanding Marketing content, campaigns and experiences for our players. You will work with the executive to handle the daily management of complex work-flows, including: relationship management, schedule oversight, internal team communications, logistical planning for meetings, heavy calendaring and coordination of travel, and strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate events, help support team activities and facilitate partner/guest meetings.
- Develop an understanding of the Global Marketing group and Riot's priorities and commitments to ensure the executive's productivity daily
- Handle confidential information that requires care in deciding what is appropriate to share with whom for business purposes
- Navigate communications and other requests in a way that aligns with Riot's values
- Partner with external industry executives and partners as needed, ensuring visibility back and forth and ensuring essential updates provided
- Coordinate meetings, ensuring upfront clarity on agenda, structure, goals and follow-up actions
- Manage executive travel and oversee team travel itineraries
- Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs
- Identify and take on ad-hoc projects - everything from defining new opportunities to completing essential projects
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of business experience, either in an Executive Assistant or similar support/coordinator capacity
- Navigate internal & external communications and other requests with grace, anchoring to Riot's values, and contributing to strategy and development of communications across a matrix and multidisciplinary organization.
- Coordinate team activities, projects and communications
- Collect, document and aggregate information and priorities across the leadership team that the executive supports
- Coordinate meeting agendas, note-taking, note distribution and follow up tasks
- Coordinate relevant tasks and projects, including light project management
- Experience creating internal communications and executive-level presentations
- Highly collaborative and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
- Sense of initiative, results/action oriented and drive to solve problems
- Team oriented and collaborative
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years coordinating and project managing cross-company projects with multiple executive partners including budgeting, complex scheduling, travel, and content planning
- BA or BS degree, preferably in Marketing
- Google Workplace expert
- Experience supporting an executive in the entertainment industry
