The Global Services Casting Team is the secret ingredient for 2K's video games. We provide creative support services for all projects - across multiple studios, both internal and third-party – finding and hiring the most appropriate vendors, overseeing production pipelines and fluid communication, and delivering content on time and budget. What We Need
Bringing our games to life from behind the scenes, Casting works with much diverse Motion Capture and Voiceover talent. As a full-service and in-house branch of 2K, sourcing, scheduling, and paying actors to require a skilled multitasking team. As the Casting Assistant supporting that team, we want someone who relishes seeking out top talent, working with agents and producers to coordinate shoots, and ensuring prompt payment and accurate tracking of all sessions. This is a client-facing job that requires relationship building. If you are a creative and detail-oriented person who loves to collaborate and is enthusiastic about administration, then we want to meet you!
What You Will Do
- Assist with talent scheduling and payment
- Schedule talent travel and accommodations
- Archive casting materials and auditions
- Maintain project tracking database
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork
- Distribute scripts, call sheets, catering forms, and other talent materials
- Support department managers with additional daily tasks

- Proficient in Google Suite
- Highly collaborative and able to communicate professionally, maintaining partner relationships

- Strong attention to detail, especially with regards to dates, scheduling, and data entry
