Administrative Assistant - Workplace Experience

31 st Union’s Workplace Experience Assistant plays a key role in the success in crafting and constantly curating an excellent workplace and experience for all! You will collaborate and partner with our Workplace Experience team to support an outstanding workplace that encourages our team to thrive and do their best work. You are flexible, a self-starter and exude a positive attitude. You are a creative thinker, yet you balance your focus on efficiency and all the fine details. You thrive in a growing, ever-changing environment, are extremely detail oriented, and balancing business and personal projects simultaneously is your norm.

Please note that this is a TEMPORARY position that will allow you to grow your skills and learn from top talent.

What we need:

• Greet our team and visitors at the front desk and helping with any related logistics (security protocols, etc.)
• Assist with personal related matters to the President
• Assist President with calendar / scheduling meetings and personal appointments
• Provide reliable administration support to executive leadership team as needed
• Partner on event planning and executing meaningful experiences that are fun and engaging
• Assist with managing inventory and stocking of all office related supplies, snacks, beverages
• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
• Complete and process expense reports for department Directors
• Maintain and develop resource materials
• Will coordinate shipping / receiving, and partnering with WEX on facilities and daily studio operational needs

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $22 and $36 per Hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
