The Role: Administrative Assistant (Virtual Assistant)

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant in South East Asia (preferably in the Philippines) to support our growing business. We are a video game developer that is currently staffing up for a new project. You will work with the multiple Departments to ensure the smooth operations of the company and support our C-Level Executives on tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day support for Director Level and C-Level Staff.
• Calendar and Inbox Management of C-Level Staff and Company Inboxes as needed.
• Partner with our Internal Departments to help with tasks as required.
• May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings. Transcribe dictation.
• Booking and Coordinating Events, Travel Arrangements, Accommodations and itineraries for Staff Members as needed.
• Create Presentations as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Examine documents, records and forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Assist with candidate outreach and application review for open roles as instructed by the Head of Recruitment Operations.
• Perform Market and Web Research Projects as assigned.
• Collect, review and assign the payments for External Invoices

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Familiarity with current technologies such as Cloud Services and Communication Tools.
• Working knowledge of Online Calendars and Scheduling.
• Experience with Word-processing software and spreadsheets.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A deep love of video games.
• Excellent Written and Spoken English communication skills.
• Alignment and interest in our values and company culture we are building.
• Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork.
• Strong communication skills.

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience and interest in learning more about operations.
• Passion for playing MMORPGs and MOBA games.
• Interest in Cryptocurrencies, Web3 and NFTs.
