Treyarch is looking for an upbeat and well-organized multi-tasker Front desk Administrative Assistant to oversee all reception administration needs and function as a production assistant regarding operations of the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in a game studio and is looking to get their foot in the door.
What you’ll do…
- Greet visitors, sign NDAs
- Sign and receive incoming packages
- Prepare and track shipments
- Sort daily mail and packages
- Place orders, track supplies
- Submit facility service requests and follow up
- Support the receiving & setup of team meals
- Assist in workstation and office moves
- Assist in new hire onboarding Ops tasks
- Assist in employee travel needs
- Assist Operations and IT Departments as needed
To succeed you should…
- Be proactive, reliable, and responsive
- Have excellent verbal and writing skills
- Be a great teammate with the ability to work in arapidly changing environment
- Have solid computer skills (MS Windows, Excel, Jira, Slack, Smartsheet)
- Be detail orientated and organized multi-tasker
- Be interested in working for a video game developer.
- Be passionate about providing all manner of support
