Administrative Assistant, The Desk

At Unity Technologies, The Desk is our remote executive assistant team that supports busy executives, VPs, Directors across the AMER region to ensure seamless daily operations. Assistants on the Desk handle scheduling, expenses, offsite planning, and other administrative logistics for their executives, helping them stay on track with our company priorities. What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain sophisticated schedules and do so with tremendous attention to detail. Duties include: scheduling and monitoring complex meetings, flagging conflicts, and proactively reviewing calendars to anticipate conflicts and coordinate rescheduling
• Assist in onboarding of new senior members of the Unity team which will include scheduling, travel arrangement, and bookings of dinner and lunch with appropriate members of senior management
• Support the recruitment team with the scheduling of interviews and arrange complex global travel across multiple time zones
• Process expenses with a high level of accuracy and detail
• Assist with the planning and coordination of offsite events for supported executives

What we’re looking for:

• 4 or more years as an Executive Assistant Experience and highly organized, proactive and solution-oriented
• Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment whilst working remotely with minimal supervision
• Ability to adapt to a variety of personalities and communication styles
• Ability to multi-task proactively in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

You might also have:

• Proficient in Google Calendar and Docs, MS Office Suite, and expense programs
