About the Role

The Twitch Monetization team is in search of an Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Engineering, Ad Products, and VP of Engineering, Commerce. You will report to the Executive Assistant, and will work with the EA in supporting the needs of the Monetization team, including swag, all-hands meetings, and team-building events. We're looking for someone who is motivated, looking quickly to develop in a dynamic , startup like environment.

You Will:

• Be a strategic partner to Executives and the extended teams, building knowledge of the Monetization teams
• Manage complex calendar and prioritization of events based on Executives and Teams priorities, promptly
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations for multiple team members
• Manage expense reporting and approvals for Executives
• Coordinate and schedule conference rooms, catering and AV needs for small team events
• Work with other EAs across Twitch and Amazon

You Have:

• Minimum 2-4 years in an administrative support capacity
• History partnering with several teams and promoting team building
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse personalities
• Excellent written, verbal, and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Google Suite & Microsoft Office , Slack , Expense & Travel Software
• History of coordinating travel and events within company travel and expense policy
• Experience balancing several important tasks and complex requests
