Playtika is looking for an experienced Office Administrator for a dynamic & challenging role.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing tasks and support with the Operations Department
- Keep track of the department's conference rooms, pay attention to double bookings & cleanliness. Booking conference rooms to the business unit’s management only
- Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail, including the post office & DHL. Also, archiving the documents & assisting with translation whenever needed
- Greeting visitors, issuing guest cards, schedule meetings (not personal meetings, only with 4 participants & up), booking conference rooms, preparing agenda, ordering refreshments & restaurants reservations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Administrator - Must
- Managerial skills – Must
- Basic knowledge of office procedures
- High computer skills: proficiency using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Professional experience providing executive-level administrative support in a corporate setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple projects on a daily basis
