What an Admin Assistant does at EA:
- Co-ordinates and organizes internal team events globally, presentations and on-site meetings - including booking/setting up conference rooms, arranging catering
- New Hire Set Up
- Create POs for computer equipment and other purchases
- Ordering supplies
- Snacks and catering - Ordering, stocking and maintaining weekly snacks, fruit and breakfasts
- Maintain/organize equipment closets/storages
- Other tasks as requested
