What an Admin Assistant does at EA:

• Co-ordinates and organizes internal team events globally, presentations and on-site meetings - including booking/setting up conference rooms, arranging catering
• New Hire Set Up
• Create POs for computer equipment and other purchases
• Ordering supplies
• Snacks and catering - Ordering, stocking and maintaining weekly snacks, fruit and breakfasts
• Maintain/organize equipment closets/storages
• Other tasks as requested
