Administrative Assistant (Advanced Level) - 1-year contract

You will be playing a key role in coordinating, organizing and assisting communications, events, corporate activities for Kabam. You will also have the opportunity to interact with our Strategic Leadership, Finance, and People & Talent Acquisition team.

This is a 1-year full-time contract position

In this role, you are expected to:

• Provide direct administrative assistance and support to the Executive Officer
• Organize meetings and events, including sending out agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items as necessary
• Assist company events, corporate communications, and executive leadership offsite scheduling
• Project management administration
• Manage the internal communications calendar
• Diligently handle all administrative tasks as assigned with quality and efficiency
• Pursuit Ad-hoc responsibilities and projects as assigned

In order to be successful, we are looking for:

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Communications, HR, Literature, or related field
• 4+ years of corporate administrative assistant / executive assistant experience
• Extremely organized and detailed oriented
• Ability to flex and navigate through change
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
• Ability to handle administrative details independently while maintaining effective communication with the related departments
• Exceptional level of discretion (ability to keep things confidential is a MUST)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• High degree of business acumen, self-starter and takes initiatives
• Experience in working with project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, Orchestra, Monday)
• Enjoy bugging your manager

It is a PLUS, if you also have:

• Fluency in additional language(s) (particularly Korean) is highly desirable but not a must
• Proficiency in working with cloud-base office applications (Google suite, Office365)
• Experience in creative software applications (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Film editing tools, Motion graphics applications)
• Love mobile games
