Requirements

Passionate about Administration: A keen interest in office administration and organizational tasks.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Polish (mandatory).

Location: Availability to work onsite in our Katowice office.

Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

Reception Desk Support: Assist with greeting visitors, answering phones, managing post and shipments, and front desk operations.

Storage Maintenance: Organize storage areas to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.

Event Organization: Assist in planning and organizing company events and employee initiatives.

General Administrative Tasks: Support various administrative functions as needed, including filing, data entry, documents management, compliance with safety rules and handling mail.
