Admin & Personal Assistant - Remote/Hybrid

Are you an organised individual who can use your own initiative in various, time sensitive scenarios? Do you have experience working in a busy admin/office environment with the ability to communicate well in writing and speech? Auroch Digital is looking for an Admin & Personal Assistant to support the Studio and Operations Directors manage their busy schedules, while also supporting the admin department in the day to day running of the Studio and the overall experience of staff.
Auroch is an independent game studio, established in 2010 and with an extensive catalogue, including Mars Horizon and Dark Future: Blood Red States. We have an exciting stable of licensed and independent IP games in development including our upcoming beer brewing hobby game Brewmaster and our newly announced first person shooter, Boltgun, which we have been working on with Games Workshop. Our diverse, friendly and enthusiastic team are based in the centre of Bristol though most of the team now work remotely. Key Job Functions:
- Managing, booking and distributing booking information for travel and events to the Studio and Operations Directors.
- Assist with travel arrangements for studio employees.
- Managing expense claims for the Studio Director.
- Organising and maintaining diaries and booking meetings for the Studio and Operations Directors.
- Assist with ordering IT equipment and liaising with Sumo IT department.
- Support the admin department with engagement by assisting in the execution of internal events, rewards and milestones.
- Support the admin department with any studio movements, meetings and hospitality.
- Assist in keeping admin documentation updated.
- Support the Operations Director with group initiatives as and when required.
- Support with any other studio duties & group initiatives as necessary and required.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience working in a busy admin/office environment.
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and departments, engage them & sustain good working relationships to drive efficiency.
- Able to organise multiple tasks & have numerous priorities ongoing.
- IT literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.

- Ability to engage senior stakeholders to provide information to create efficiency & organisation.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks to ensure completion of all tasks.
