Job Summary:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle End-to-End Administration
- Service Apartment Management
- Events Management
- End to End Travel Domestic and International, Visa Management etc
- Housekeeping Management
- Facilities Management
- Lease Agreements
- Office Equipment’s Maintenance & Purchase
- Expatriate & Hospitality Management Vendor/Contractor identification, follow-up, quotations, negotiations, material procurement, execution, and ongoing management
- Administrative management
- Coffee/Snack/Meal management
- Company transportation and security management
- Relationships Management (greeting cards, gifts, invitations, etc.) and liaise with
- Governmental & Semi-Government Authorities
- Office supplies, stationery, business cards, and inventory management
- Banking, Insurance Management
- Shipping, Customs, & Imports
- AMCs of Office Equipment.
- Processing Telecom Bills viz. Cellular & 4G Data cards and ensuring seamless processing of Bills.
- Taking care of EPBAX system
- Repair & Maintenance (as and when required).
- Daily Electricity, AHU, UPS Reading to be taken
- Basic Knowledge of Technical equipment’s like – UPS, Auto Change over Panel, DG, Chiller, CCTV, Access Doors.
- Take care of Plumbing, Carpentry and other maintenance related work of office premises
- Liasoning and maintaining good relations with Govt. Bodies /Local Agencies/Placement Agencies/Police Officials in getting the work done as and when required.
- Liasoning with various agencies for expat management, FRRO
- PF Management
- Purchase Management
- Preparing necessary reports/budgets as an when required
Qualification:
Preferably a Master’s degree with any Graduation in any specialization
Competencies:
Strong Interpersonal Skills;
Strong Analytical Skills;
Excellent in verbal and Written communication;
Must have an eye for detail;
Should possess strong Networking skills;
Strong in MIS. Especially MS Excel.
Time Management Skills
Well organized with strong details orientation
Experience:
Preferably with min. 5 years of experience in an Admin Role.
