SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Admin Coordinator efficiently attends to the day-to-day operations of the office with a pleasant attitude.

We are currently working in the office 2-3x a week in a hybrid work model.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with purchasing process, including complete month-end reconciliation
• Coordinate travel-related needs, including complete month-end reconciliation
• Maintain and ensure the upkeep of building, equipment, and supplies; ensure maintenance of safety standards
• Assist with vendor/supplier sourcing and negotiation (wireless, kitchen, office, corporate housing, rental, etc…)
• Ensures maintenance of all company office supplies
• Event planning (happy hour, summer, holiday, etc.)
• Assist with communication of office operations and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Work Experience

• 1-3+ years’ experience in Office Administration

Knowledge/Skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Travel and procurement experience, a plus
• Able to problem solve quickly and present solutions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Flexible and able to handle multiple requests and competing priorities
• Excellent time management and project management skills

Physical Demands of this role

• Frequent standing and sitting
• Occasional walking about the office
• Moving physical assets
• Ability to lift from 5 to 10 pounds

Compensation Description for Pay Transparency (hourly)

The base salary range for this position in El Segundo, CA is $20.50 - $30.50 hourly.

Our salary ranges are determined by market data based on position and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salaries for that position. An individual’s pay is determined by factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experiences, relevant education or training, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, however the salary range listed in this job posting reflects the base salary only.
