Administrative Business Partner

You'll work closely with leadership from the Product and/or Growth organizations and will report into our Admin Business Partner Manager.

What you'll be doing

• Act as a strategic business partner to 2-3 senior leaders in Discord’s Product and Growth orgs, understanding their business relationships with the ability to parse out what’s important for them short-term and long-term
• Support your leaders with their day to day tactical needs
• Manage pending business deals and internal projects to ensure they’re followed up on to completion - acting as a true relationship builder and liaison between your principal and their teams
• Schedule and attend meetings - taking clear notes and tracking action items when needed
• Work with the travel team to book domestic and international travel, including, but not limited to: flights, lodging, transportation, visas/documentation, and ensuring passes to events (when we’re back to traveling!)
• Aggregate and submit all receipts and expense reports
• Collaborate closely with other admins to make sure the senior leadership team is operating like a smooth machine
• Act as a booster and defender of the admin team and department, mentoring junior admins and assist with OKR Development and help to scale processes as we grow our Administrative organization

What you should have

• Proficient in G-Suite -- particularly GCal and Gmail
• 2+ years work experience in an administrative support role, particularly Dir+ roles within an EPAD organization
• Understanding of tech startups and business strategy
• Experience with Asana, Notion, and Ally (or similar products)
• Extraordinary communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extraordinary project management skills
• Critical thinking skills to help your executives manage their time in the most efficient + effective manner
• Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities and projects with strong follow through
