Mistplay Ad Operations Managers are critical front line roles that manage and optimize client performance on the Mistplay platform. Ad Ops managers manage the implementation of campaigns, analytics, campaign management and optimization of client performance to meet and exceed client expectations and help Mistplay deliver on the promise of being a core user acquisition partner.
Les responsables des opérations publicitaires ( Ad Ops Managers ) de Mistplay jouent un rôle essentiel en première ligne pour gérer et optimiser les performances des clients sur la plateforme Mistplay. Les responsables des opérations publicitaires gèrent la mise en œuvre des campagnes, les analyses, le pilotage des campagnes et l'optimisation des performances des clients, dans le but de répondre aux attentes des clients, voire de les dépasser, et d'aider Mistplay à tenir son engagement d'être un partenaire incontournable pour l'acquisition d'utilisateurs.
Key responsibilities // Vos responsabilités principales seront les suivantes:
- Set up new clients in campaign management platform
- Manage creatives and campaign structures for games
- Create, edit, activate/deactivate individual campaigns
- Ensure proper tracking of clicks, installs, impressions, and post-install events
- Analyze campaign performance
- Run KPI reviews
- Propose and implement optimizations for underperforming campaigns
- Report on trends in performance across clients
- Highlight upsell opportunities for high performing campaigns to customer success team
- Support customer success managers with data and insights for QBRs
- Liaise with data team to optimize dashboards and data enablement
- Assurer la mise en place de nouveaux clients sur la plateforme de gestion des campagnes.
- Diriger les créatifs et gérer les structures des campagnes pour les jeux.
- Créer, modifier, activer/désactiver les campagnes individuelles.
- Assurer un suivi approprié des clics, des installations, des impressions et des événements post-installation.
- Analyser la performance des campagnes.
- Effectuer la revue des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des optimisations pour les campagnes présentant des performances insuffisantes.
- Signaler les tendances en matière de performance des clients.
- Souligner, auprès de l'équipe du succès client, les possibilités de vente incitative pour les campagnes très performantes.
- Apporter un soutien aux responsables du succès client ( customer succes managers ) en leur fournissant des données et des informations pour les examens trimestriels de l’activité (QBR)
- Collaborer avec l'équipe Données pour optimiser les tableaux de bord et la disponibilité des données.
Qualifications // Compétences et expérience requises:
- 3+ years experience in ad operations
- Proven track record optimizing campaign performance
- Excellent analytics skills and advanced excel skills
- Intrinsic performance orientation and a passionate desire to meet performance goals
- Proven track record of collaboration with customer success, account executives or other customer facing teams
- Organization and time management skills
- Self-sufficient high performer who enjoys driving the success of your team
- Experience in the mobile gaming or adtech market a huge plus
- 3 ans d'expérience minimum dans le domaine des opérations publicitaires.
- Expérience avérée dans l'optimisation des performances de campagnes.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et connaissances approfondies d'Excel.
- Orientation intrinsèque vers la performance et passion pour atteindre les objectifs de performance.
- Expérience avérée de la collaboration avec un service du succès client, des responsables de comptes ou toute autre équipe en contact avec des clients.
- Compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
- Vous êtes autonome, très performant·e et vous adorez contribuer au succès de votre équipe.
- Une expérience dans le marché des jeux mobiles ou de l'AdTech constitue un atout majeur.
