Tilting Point is scaling its advertising business. As our Advertising Monetization manager you will lead Tilting Point’s ad monetization efforts to maximize our developer partners’ products’ ad revenues and achieve aggressive revenue growth.
Here you’ll join a team that’s fully committed to our developer partners in supporting their games with first-class services. In this role, you’ll play a critical strategic part in shaping the future of Tilting Point and the future of our developer partners from around the world.
Your Future at TPM
- Own the relationship with our ad network partners - including negotiating deals to optimize revenue and resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with all our internal teams to provide recommendations and optimizations on ad placement and new ad format adoptions
- Manage and optimize the advertising mediation layer including: ad network partner management, quality control, and yield optimization
- Strike direct deals with other games and app publishers to increase monetization efficiency
- Build a strong cross-promotion network
- Help Tilting Point achieve highly ambitious revenue growth of its advertising business
Your XP & Skills
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
- Dynamic & Positive attitude
- Passion for games, and a love of quick feedback loops and results
- 2-3+ years of experience in ad monetization optimization or ad tech preferably mobile
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Excited to work in a lean, small team environment working with the world’s leading developers
